Dive is a playable character from Divekick. Along with his twin brother Kick, he is one of two eponymous protagonists of the game.

Biography[]
Dive was raised in West Philadelphia with his fraternal twin brother, Kick. When trouble brewed at their local park, the boys’ mother sent them to live with their Uncle Sensei in Bel Air to learn how to Divekick. Dive strives to perfect the art of diving into the air, using his love of math to ensure that he is always at an angle that will lead him to victory. His massive study sessions and dedication to his schoolwork have left him with less time to focus on his kicking, however.

Dive wears a blue training hoodie and jogging pants of the same color. He has two red sweat wristbands as well as black and yellow sneakers. His hair is light brown and pointy.

- Divekick: Dive kicks at a 45° angle.
- Air special: Terminal Velocity. Dive falls back down to the ground faster, throwing off attempts to get him as he's falling.
- Ground special: Parabolic Arc. Dive jumps forward in an arc.

Strategy[]
Dive is as conventional as a Divekick character can get. He has great jump height, a well-angled that travels at a reasonable pace and two very flexible special moves. His overall well-balanced moveset allows him to play a flexible gameplan, either opting to aggressively spend meter to punish opponents who over-commit using either of his special moves or to play safe and slowly build up Kick Factor.
Once you enter Kick Factor, you should build as much pressure as possible, either threatening a kill or playing for line. Since your Kick becomes almost unreactable, your close range game is even more threatening.
